Chicken Tikka Masala

Instructions: 
– In a large bowl, combine the yoghurt, lemon juice, cumin, coriander, turmeric, cayenne pepper, garam masala, and salt. Add the chicken pieces and mix well to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
– Preheat a grill or broiler to high heat. Grill or broil the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
– In a large saucepan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute. Add the onion and cook for 5 minutes, or until softened.
– Add the tomatoes and bring them to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
– Add the grilled chicken and the heavy cream to the saucepan and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
– Garnish with cilantro and serve with rice or naan bread.
